About the Course

This 12 Week Course is available to those who have successfully completed the Foundations Course, with emphasis on continued work and fluency with the material from the Foundations Course. Coaching is inquiry-based, with the addition of new concepts, exercises and applications in the first portion of each session.

Course Details

Live Group Coaching

Coaching sessions begin in workshop format, with warm-ups and guided movement exploration, relevant information about anatomy and functioning, followed by inquiry-based activity.

Reading, Writing & Metacognition
Weekly reading assignments from assigned text
