About the Workshop

Learn how to recognize your stress sources, process them with specific techniques, transform them with your mind, and transcend them with mindfulness practices that make it impossible to sink down into stress.

Stress research has come far indeed in the past 5-10 years! This is excellent, because we are more burned out than ever. This workshop presents and synthesizes the science and the practical strategies for processing the stress in your life- we will do them together, in real time!

Additional Materials:  You will receive a PDF of the exercises, additional tools and supplemental materials along with the workshop.

The workshop will be recorded and available for reference, or if you cannot be there in person.

PROCESS

(aka Flipping Tables, & Other Options)
What is actually happening in your body during what we call stress?
Once you’ve experience it, how do you get rid of it?
In this section we get at the process we experience physiologically and what we can do to release stress from our system by completing the cycle.

TRANSFORM

(aka stress, Excitement, & Freedom of Choice)
We will help you find the “stressors” that might be being mislabeled in your life and transform them to something else entirely.
In this section we learn what you can do about stress in the moment.

TRANSCEND

(aka Not Having It)
And finally, we will learn mindfulness practices that make you less susceptible to all kinds of stress, raise your baseline, and increase your resiliency and peace.
