I’m Kate, and I am 6 feet 3 inches of pure unadulterated resonance.

I came to this planet to sing anything and everything that fascinates me, to communicate deeply with other humans, and do whatever it takes to discover and live fully into what I am truly capable of.

I coach extraordinary performers and visionaries to perform better than they ever have, and better they even imagine possible.

My clients are acrobats, artists, opera singers, athletes, entrepreneurs, directors, and performers of all kinds. I help them create the conditions for consistent, optimal performance, dial in skilled mastery, and learn unprecedented perfomance techniques so they can get Fulbrights, defend dissertations, get cast in Cirque du Soleil, create their ideal coaching businesses, and receive the recognition and fulfillment they desire and deserve.

My superpower?

I see and hear what others don’t.

I can detect patterns of sound, movement and behavior, and translate how to reorganize them to create the conditions for optimal acoustics, precise and spontaneous movement. I can deftly identify crucial shifts needed, and create individually-adapted plans so that the performer can do what they came to do – make their art.

This makes me invaluable as a coach and guide.

But anyone can learn to do what I do if they are dedicated to their vision, and discovering what’s truly possible.

How do I teach people to do what I do?

I learn and experiment with the most ancient and the most leading-edge science and practices of human thought, movement, and performing. I’ve studied at the feet of masters, as well as in the most innovative fields, including:

  • Flow State
  • Deliberate Practice
  • Energy Mastery
  • Nervous System Health
  • Quantum Physics
  • Systems Theory
  • Stress Physiology
  • Optimal Coordination
  • Optimal Acoutics

And then I distill these into elegant principles and practices so that you can do what you want to do in the simplest and fastest possible way. I bring the background and expertise as needed, so you can keep your focus on your performance.

This work isn’t for everybody.

It’s not the typical model of making incremental progress, little-by-little. It’s not for people who kind of want to improve. It is a paradigm shift, and the results are not normal- they are extraordinary. This is for people who want to save time and effort by learning what truly matters, so they can do what they came to the planet to do.

If you want to see how good it can get, you are in the right place.
