In this course, we will explore and engage with learning and teaching using the Alexander Technique, and teaching the technique itself. There are many ways of learning, and we will explore many paths and tools.

In this discovery process, we will learn about ourselves, and use the Alexander process to engage as collaborators in the teaching/learning process.
