Description

MOLGATO: Appoggio, Breath Coordination & Seamless Phrasing
Saturday, February 17 2pm Pacific/ 5pm Eastern
*For singers and wind players.

Professional Breathers, this one’s for you.

I am going to teach you how the best singers and the most elite athletes breathe. And then I am going to personally coach you to fully integrate it.

A synthesis of the Alexander Technique, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization principles, optimal acoustics, and exquisite singing technique and artistry.

In this workshop we will be soaring into principles of aerodynamics, the recoil of the respiratory mechanism, the 5 diaphragms of the body, true intra-abdominal pressure and how it relates to respiration in singing, and dissolving unsophisticated techniques that keep breathing efforted and replace them with extraordinary respiration practices.

You will have personal coaching from me, and a studied, simple practice for eliciting full-body appoggio that you can refer to forever.

When you complete this workshop, you will truly understand support, how to cultivate the conditions for endless phrasing, and have experienced how your body is truly designed to support your singing.

It is fully my intention that this workshop will change your life.
